The March dy Palliar (Palli) is a noble of Chalion who holds the lands of Palliar. He is lord dedicat of the Daughter’s Order at Palliar, and a close friend of Lupe dy Cazaril. He was Cazaril’s favorite lieutenant at Gotorget. At the time of Paladin of Souls he is Marshal of Chalion.
Palli is a tall athletic man with dark hair.
